Dear Friends,
Thank you for including us in your outreach.  Believe it or not your gift of flip flops will make a difference in a child's life.  I'm glad the pastor was able to explain this to the children at your Sunday morning service.

Also thank you for the pictures.  It shows how much you care and made it special.  We appreciate you very much!

The board members of Root International.

Thank you so much for the use of your church at "Applefest" every year.  My daughters and I make this our "Mother, Daughter" get together every year.  I have always tried to leave a few dollars as a donation and some years they just won't take it.  What you do is wonderful to provide your facilities and water for the visitors of Franklin.  You really should put out a donation can at least for the water.  Thank you again for providing us this service.  You have a beautiful church.  Also, my daughter got a disturbing phone call that day about her father-in-law and she put a prayer on the "Prayer Wall" which helped her through the rest of the day.

Thank you again and see you next year.
Maggie J.

Thank you for all the cards and prayers during my recuperation from my broken wrist.  Your kindness has helped my recovery in so many ways.  Thank you again.   Joyce Bleakley

Dear Friends,
Community Services of Venango County would like to thank you for the donation of canned goods and cereal.  They will bring help to countless families that need our assistance this year.

We appreciate your contribution.  Thank you for understanding that the battle against poverty seems to get worse every year.  Without your support we wouldn't be able to help so many.

On behalf of those who benefit from your generosity, we thank you.

Sincerely,
Mary Jeanne Gavin
Community Services of Venango Co.

2014 Carnival Comments

The following are comments heard at the carnival this year:

-"My kids had a blast last year! They were dying to come this year! I'm so glad you moved it indoors! "(Rain forced us to move inside.)

-"I'm calling to see if you're still doing the carnival today. My little boy cried when I told him it was probably cancelled!"

-"This is such a good thing you do for the community. Thank you so much!"

-"Goo-goo gah-gah...yeeeee-yeeee- ye!!!!" (Comments of a very excited toddler)

Thank You

Dear Congregation,

Please accept sincere thanks of those who are served by The Salvation Army in Franklin for your kind donation of $100.00. [Deacons donate $100/month] The emergency food pantry, our children’s learning center and onsite meals programs are just a few programs that serve the Franklin community and many individuals.  Your kindness will help change their lives.

May God richly bless you for thinking of “others” during these difficult times.

Sincerely,
Captains Kevin and Leslie Brennan
