Emergency School Clothes for Central Elementary — When children have accidents at school, clothing may become unwearable. Many kids don’t have anyone to bring new clothes or to pick them up from school. Local Mission is asking for your help to purchase leggings, t-shirts and sweats—of all elementary grade sizes—to be donated to Central Elementary. Local Mission team members have been purchasing “on-sale” items when we can find them and donating them to the effort. If we all look for bargains, we can make a dent in this constant need. Purchases can be left in the office or can be dropped in the “Emergency School Clothes” box in the sanctuary.
